1 WATER USAGE
 Where is all the water coming from to be used on such an industrial scale ...

2 DIRECT WATER CONTAMINATION
where is the list of toxic chemicals mixed with water to frack why not insist on using clean alternatives.   20 to 40 percent of the toxic sludge water is left behind to mix the radioactive shale.   Some of the leaders in the field are developing clean alternatives why are we not insisting they use them?http://money.cnn.com/2011/11/16/news/economy/clean_fracking/index.htm

3. CLEANER THAN COAL SO WHAT.
Saying its cleaner than coal is no argument for destroying the downs or landscape.   Building a wind farm next to david camerons house is cleaner than both its still not a justification for it.   I would not accept a coal mine on the downs or near water supplies and im pretty sure they use a lot less water or a nuclear power plant next to a resevoir for drinking water.

4. Indirect water contamination.   Why the paucity of evidence?  What about the secrecy of whats in the fracking mixture.  What about the culture of cover up and buying people off with non disclosure agreements?  Which part of cover up and secrecy helps scientific research?

5.  If the argument is we need to do more research thats acceptable if we HALT the rush to do it and actually DO THE RESEARCH instead of the culture of secrecy.

6. Air and noise contamination is not good for workers or locals. Particularly from flares, trucks etc.  Silica dust inhalation.
